We provide basic humanitarian needs to children worldwide using the proceeds from teaching yoga. During International Trips, participants have the opportunity for cultural exchange, to try yoga, and to 'giving back' through community service. Trip proceeds benefit a community in need at the location where we visit donate time. Travel opportunities are offered to students and adults, or private groups.
