Our main entry point to the grade school is the two-year kindergarten. To be eligible children must turn four prior to June 1st of the entry year. Second-year children must turn 5 before June 1st. First-year students become second-year students; therefore second-year openings are very limited.
How to Apply:
- Attend a tour and/or open house during our tour season (October - December)
- Submit an online application
- Sign and give the Confidential Student Evaluation form* to your child’s preschool teacher.
*Evaluations will be mailed from the current or previous school directly to SFWS.
When the tour and/or open house has been completed and the application and evaluation received, the application is considered complete.
You will be contacted by the admissions office to schedule a family interview with you, your child and a member of the kindergarten admissions committee.
Decision letters will be mailed in early March for first-year kindergarten students and mid-March for second-year students.
