Coach Bios

Justin Ganz (Co-Director) has been teaching Waldorf Movement Education, which includes circus arts, for fifteen years. He has also studied Spacial Dynamics ( with founder Jaimen McMillan and others over the past fifteen years. Justin has also worked in circus arts with Marek Kaszuba ( and at Teatro Zinzanni San Francisco's summer circus camps for kids ( Justin specializes in juggling, tumbling and acrobatics.

Cynthia Rauschert (Co-Director) owns and operates Circus Moves, a developmental circus arts company dedicated to empowering and inspiring humanity through the transformational powers of circus arts education and performance. She has been a circus arts educator since 2003 and is also a professional stilt-dancer, juggler/ manipulator, and character animator. After earning a BA in Experimental Performance with a focus on Theatrical Clowning Cynthia embarked on a month-long tour with the Cirque du Soleil Saltimbanco Bus. She has had training in Waldorf Education, Spacial Dynamics, and Circus Arts Therapy. Cynthia has brought her coaching and performing skills to eighteen states, five countries, three continents, and one great big ship.

Fallon Burner (Aerial Coach) is an Owner/Founder of Circus Momentus, a Bay Area circus entertainment company where she also performs and designs many of the costumes ( Having begun her career as an actress/ singer/ dancer/ choreographer for the musical theatre, Fallon has been an instructor in the movement arts since 1998. She graduated from two years of professional training programs at the New England Center for Circus Arts, and was coached by aerialists and acrobats from companies such as Cirque du Soleil, Ringling Bros., and the 7 Fingers. Marina Karadjieva (Aerial Coach) is back from four months of travel teaching and performing circus arts with her husband in communities throughout Central America. Shs is very happy to return to the SFW Circus Club community for the Art in Motion summer camp. 

Kaleb Ganz (Coach) will be joining the SFW Circus Club team for the Art in Motion summer camp program. Kaleb is currently a Senior at the Lewis and Clark College in Portland, Oregon as a Computer Science and Math Major receiving Honors from the Dean's List. He is a Waldorf Graduate attending preschool up through high school. He has assisted and led Parkour Training and acrobatic classes with Mr. Ganz at SFWS and school events and has instructed at other gym facilities in the Bay Area as well as with Teatro Zinzanni's summer circus camp for kids (San Francisco). He is the co-founder and president of Parkour club at the college and leads group activities four days a week. He has also received training from Dan Millman in the Way of the Peaceful Warrior methods.
