Check out the latest 2012 Winter Issue of the HS Literary Magazine! It has a new look and title - Full Stop. Each year, the HS Literary Magazine club publishes a biannual literary and artistic magazine, a rich mix of poetry, fiction, creative nonfiction, and visual arts by SFWHS students.
The new 70 page issue includes beautifully-crafted literary and artistic pieces by 25 students from 9th to 12th grade.

Contributors include: Arianna Adabachi, Jacqueline Ahearne, Noam Baruch, Don Batbaasan, Alex Campbell, Jules Christeson, Owen Christofferson, Rebecca Cohen, Will Donovan-Seid, Francis Dooling, Jessi Ferguson, Emma Fried, Alana Gurewitz, Annie Hughes-White, Trevor Hughes-White, Caroline Kaufman, Zack Llull, Trevor Sargent, Davia Schendel, Maya Silverman, Manette Stamm, Vanessa Tam, Sofia Vala, Natalie Wong and Thea Wong. With cover art by senior Rhianna Helfman, Full Stop. features poetry, short stories, and personal essays as well as color photographs; black and white photographs, scratch board drawings, self-portraits in mixed media, an oil pastel, an acrylic painting, and an ink drawing.

Full Stop. is "lovingly dedicated to Adam Fine... and to those who are finding their way".

This year's HS Literary Magazine staff are Senior Editor: Karin Narita, Editors: Davia Schendel, Noam Baruch, Reilly Hurley, Design and Layout: Trevor Sargent (we couldn’t do it with you!); and editorial support from Thea Wong, Rebecca Cohen, Annie Hughes-White and Arianna Adabachi. The magazine club thanks the SFWHS Parent Council for their steady support over the past 4 years and the Two Cats Comic Book Store, a new local book store in West Portal, for placing an ad in our magazine.

You can purchase copies of Full Stop. at the GS office, the HS office, the HS librarian’s office, and at Booksmith bookstore on Haight Street for $8.00.
