Winter Fair Merchant Application

Thank you for your interest in being a merchant at San Francisco Waldorf School's 2024 Winter Fair which will be held on Sunday, December 8th, 2024 from 10am - 3pm.

Please fill out the application below, selecting your booth type and any add-on's you need. Applications are due by 11/03/2024.

Booths will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis Please choose up to 5 booth placements based on the attachment in the email invitation.

In the case of cancellation we will honor the following:

-Cancel by November 10th receive full reimbursement

-Cancel by November 17th receive half reimbursement 

-Cancel by November 24th receive $75 reimbursement

-Cancel week of Winter Fair receive no reimbursement 

All vendor dues will be directly donated to San Francisco Waldorf School. A donation slip will be provided to all vendors who cancel under the above terms.
