Evening Art Classes for Adults Age 16+
Upcoming dates will be announced soon.
Rooted in the artistic principles of Waldorf education, this six-week evening art course provides adults (and students 16+) with an opportunity to experience the transformative nature of creative work. Over a series of two hour sessions, participants will explore figure drawing, glass, jewelry making, weaving or hand sewing exercises designed to cultivate sensitivity to color, balance, and form. The class fosters both individual artistic development and a shared sense of community through mindful engagement with the creative process.
Classes will be led by our own Art teachers, at the Waldorf High School whose expertise and warmth bring the Waldorf approach to life. The series will culminate in a group art exhibition, where participants can share their creations and reflect on the artistic growth experienced throughout the course.
